Joint venture formed to start HD camera module products business

We would like to take this opportunity to announce that Acutelogic HK Limited has been established as a joint venture between W.EMS Precision Limited,* a Hong Kong corporation led by Managing Director, Mr. Patrick Ma, and Acutelogic Corporation, a Japan corporation led by CEO, Mr. Osamu Fukushima, in order to start High Definition camera module products business worldwide.

The company, Acutelogic HK Limited, was formed on July 28th, 2008 in Hong Kong with the Authorized / To be Paid-Up capital of HK$3,000,000, and started its operation on October 1st, 2008.

The company succeeded the HD camera module products business of Acutelogic Japan, and takes up the role of its product development, sales, and marketing while Acutelogic Japan continues to develop next generation core technology for the products.  The company has a headquarter in Hong Kong, manufactures in Dongguan, The People’s Republic of China, at the W.EMS factory, supplies its products worldwide, and strives for global business.

The market for the HD video business domain shows rapid expansion lately, and Acutelogic HK Limited makes the best use of the proprietary HD camera image processing technology that Acutelogic Japan has developed over the years and the benefit of its low cost manufacturing in China, which will contribute to supplying the products in timely manner that best suit our customer needs.
