Change of the joint venture structure and manufacturing facilities

We would like to take this opportunity to announce that Acutelogic HK Limited has changed its ownership structure and formed a new joint venture partnership with Mr. Makoto Ando who has been serving as a board director and VP Operation of the company since its establishment.
